    * We will help you entertain gatherings of 10 or larger functions.
    * We cater at your home, office or banquet facility.
    * A complete range of services are available to you:  From arranging for rentals, linens &          flowers to providing bartenders, servers, valet parking service, wedding cakes and more.
    * We arrange for staffing for each position.
    * Rates for staffing are as follows:

        Captain: $25 per hour
        Server: $22 per hour
        Chef: $25 per hour
        Culinary assistant: $22 per hour
        Bartender: $25 per hour
    A four hour minimum applies to all staff persons & a captain is in charge of each party.

    * A minimum guest count is necessary one week prior to the function. You may increase, but not decrease, the number of guests after this time.  Your bill will be calculated using the  confirmed number as a minimum, to which additional guests will be added if your guest count increases.
    * A 50% deposit is required for all events and becomes non-refundable 7 days prior to the        event.   The deposit will be applied to your event.
    * Payment balance is due on the day of the event, California sales tax and 18% Service          Charge will be applied.

Cancellation
A charge will be assessed for cancellation an event.  Any event canceled within seventy-two (72) business hours (Monday – Friday) prior to the event requires payment of 50% for the estimated revenue based on the menu and event arrangements.


China Services
We provide a China Plate, Stainless Dinner Knife and Fork, Linen Napkin for $3.25 per person.
Paper Products
We supply disposable, compostable, recyclable, dinner plates, plastic fork & knife and paper napkin for .75 per person.
